We have a nice easy pricing structure;

Jan, Feb March, Nov, Dec - £455 per week

April, May, Oct - £545 per week

June,July August, Sept, Xmas/New Year - £675 per week

To confirm a booking we need a booking deposit of £100, which will be subtracted from the total amount payable. Full payment to be made 4 weeks prior to start of rental.

We also require a £350 security/damages/cleaning deposit. This is normally taken by pre-authorisation of a credit card and will be taken at the same time as the full payment. You will be fully refunded within 1 week of the end of the rental, subject to the property being left in a clean undamaged and secure condition.
